Return and Refund Policy

ItalianSmokes.com only accepts returns for items delivered within the United States and pursuant to the conditions listed below. Please note that all orders for candy products and for items marked as "clearance," "final sale," or similar, as well as all orders for delivery outside the United States, are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded after purchase under any circumstance.

RMA

In order to return one or more items, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of the item(s) ordered. To request a RMA, please contact our Customer Care team. Your RMA request will usually be processed within two (2) business days. Once your RMA has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to package and ship back the item(s) to be returned.

Return Process

All item(s) returned must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials, as may be applicable depending on the nature of the item(s). A printed copy of the approved RMA must be included in the same package with the return item(s). All returns must be shipped back using an insured, traceable mailing service offered by USPS (e.g. Priority Mail) or by express courier. The customer initiating the return is responsible for any return shipping fees. We reserve the right to deny the refund for any item(s) which do not meet such requirements.

Refund Process

Once the return item(s) are received, they will be inspected for compliance with this Return Policy. If there are no issues, a $10 (ten) dollar restocking fee will be applied to the value of the order, and a refund for the net amount will usually be issued within five (5) business days thereafter. Depending on your financial institution, refunds should normally post within another one to five (1-5) business days of the date of processing of your return, to your original form of payment (e.g. the same credit/debit card used during checkout). We cannot honor requests to issue a refund on a different form of payment (e.g. a different credit/debit card).

No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our logistics setup, ItalianSmokes.com does not offer product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, initiate a return as described above, and then place a new order for a different item.
