Order and Shipping Policy
ItalianSmokes.com accepts orders from most customers and from most countries around the world. However, tobacco products are only sold to customers who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time their order is placed, and cannot be shipped to customers located in certain countries. (For more information, see the "International Orders" section below.) Furthermore, ItalianSmokes.com will not ship any products to countries subject to embargo or applicable trade sanctions by the USA.
Ordering Process
Orders can be placed online, or by contacting our Customer Care team via phone or email. Online ordering is preferred, and all promotions, including but not limited to discounts, promo codes, coupon codes, bundles, volume discounts, etc. are only available for orders placed online on ItalianSmokes.com.
We reserve the right to suspend and verify, or to cancel and refund, any order which we may deem, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be suspicious of being fraudulent or in violation of our store's Policies. If needed, our Customer Care team may contact you directly to verify certain details before your order is confirmed.
Age Verification for Sale of Tobacco Products
New customers who place their first order for tobacco products must successfully complete the identity and age verification process with AgeChecker before their order is confirmed. The AgeChecker verification system utilizes publicly-available and government data sources in the United States; while the system works in most cases, manual identity verification may be required, especially for foreign new customers. If needed, our Customer Care team will reach out to request valid identification.
Payment Options
ItalianSmokes.com accepts payments with most credit and debit cards as well as with bank transfer in advance. Payments by card are authorized when the orders are placed, and captured only when the orders are confirmed and ready to ship. Payments by bank transfer must be received and confirmed before the orders are confirmed and processed for shipping.
Foreign Exchange and Other Fees
Prices displayed on ItalianSmokes.com are in US Dollars (USD). In case of payment by card denominated in foreign currency, the final charge posted on the card statement will depend on the exchange rate applied by the card issuer. In case of payment by wire transfer in advance, our bank may only accept payment in USD and may refuse a wire transfer in another currency. The customer is solely responsible for any foreign exchange conversion fee, bank wire fee, bank wire return fee, intermediary bank fee, or similar fees, as may be applicable.
International Orders
Payment by Bank Wire Transfer
Every international order placed by a new customer and/or for an amount equal to or greater than $500 (five hundred dollars) must be paid by bank wire transfer in advance. In the context of this policy, a new customer is defined as a customer who registered on ItalianSmokes.com within the last ninety (90) days, and/or who has placed no more than 3 (three) successful orders without issue.
If an international order is placed in violation of this policy (e.g. with payment by card), we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to void the card authorization and request payment by wire transfer in advance prior to the order being confirmed. Unfortunately, we are unable to disable the card payment option altogether for orders affected by this policy due to well-documented limitations of Shopify, the e-commerce platform used by ItalianSmokes.com.
Incoterms DAP for All International Orders
All orders placed for delivery outside the United States are, once confirmed and shipped out, fulfilled in accordance with ICC Incoterms 2020 DAP (Delivered-at-Place.) In practice, this means that the customer, and not ItalianSmokes.com, is responsible for any duties, tariffs, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar fees imposed by the receiving country, as well as for any additional compliance requirements which may be necessary for clearing customs and importing the products ordered.
Excluded Countries
Due to U.S. export regulations, and/or restrictions imposed on sellers of tobacco products, and/or limitations of our international shipping service, we currently do not accept orders from the following countries or territories: Afghanistan, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Angola, Ascension Island, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Caribbean Netherlands, Central African Republic, Congo, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Southern Territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South America, Spain, Sudan, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Order Processing
Orders for delivery within the United States, US Territories and Possessions, and AFO/FPO address are usually processed and ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders for delivery to other countries are usually processed and ship out within 5-7 business days due to the increased compliance requirements associated with international shipments. If your order includes multiple products shipping from different origins, you may receive multiple shipments. You will receive a notification via email when your order is shipped.
For orders including candy products, we reserve the right to delay shipping if we believe it to be appropriate based on the weather and destination. ItalianSmokes.com will not be held responsible for any damage, including melting, that occurs after your order has shipped.

Free Shipping is available with the same speed as Standard for all orders placed for delivery to the Continental United States, and valued at least $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) exclusive of shipping charges and applicable sales taxes, and net of any promotions, including but not limited to discounts, promo codes, coupon codes, bundles, volume discounts, etc.
Estimated transit times start from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Furthermore, estimated transit times are based on the information we receive from carriers and on our experience. Actual delivery times may vary significantly. ItalianSmokes.com is not responsible for any delivery delay after orders have been shipped out.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Stolen Packages
In the event that an order is undeliverable due to an error in the information provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, etc.), due to the delivery being refused, or due to any other reason not directly attributable to an error by our staff, the returned order will be treated as a Return, subject to our Return Policy.
ItalianSmokes.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, the customer must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. Such investigations are normally resolved within 10 (ten) business days. Please note that carriers may require a police report of the incident in order to open an investigation.
Incomplete or Incorrect Fulfillment
If you received an incomplete delivery, or your delivery included an incorrect item or an additional item you did not order, please contact our Customer Care team at your earliest convenience. Despite our best efforts, we are only human, and mistakes do occasionally occur. Our Customer Care team will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.
Force Majeure
ItalianSmokes.com is not responsible for service delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of war, acts of terrorism, government orders or acts, insurrections, riots, sabotage, natural disasters, labor disputes, fires, explosions, infrastructure failures, disruptions in air and/or ground transportation networks, or any similar events.
